Who are we?Gorby is Ingvar Lind, Pierre Gander, and Mikael Laurén.

Ingvar was born 1967 in Malmberget, Sweden. He plays the piano, keyboards,
and does some occasional backing vocals. He likes playing games.

Pierre was born 1971 in Stockholm, Sweden. He plays keyboards and other
electronic machines, as well as some acoustic percussion. He is also
responsible for mixing and production. Among his other interests
are, most notably, time schedules and deadlines.

Mikael was born 1963 in Norrbärke, Sweden. He is the lead singer and the group's
enfant terrible. He also plays the guitar.
Other interests include bus travelling and wine-tasting.

| What's the story on Gorby?Gorby was formed during a period of several years. It started 1997 in Skövde, where Mikael and Ingvar collaborated on some musical work. Pierre was at a later stage brought in to rework this material. The whole thing lead to new material, and soon, Gorby was formed. In 2001, Gorby's first album was released as an independent production. The group did everything themselves, from mixing and production to CD manufacturing and sleeve artwork printing.
